By creating an account or using Digital Khata Nepal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

These terms apply to business owners, staff users, and anyone accessing the service under your tenant account.

Digital Khata Nepal is a cloud-based inventory and sales management platform. Features may include product and stock management, sales and invoicing, customer and supplier records, due tracking, reports, notifications, and related business tools.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. Critical changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

You must provide accurate business and contact information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

New business accounts may require administrative review before full access is granted. We may approve, suspend, or reject registrations that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the service to process illegal transactions.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of inventory, sales, tax, and financial data entered into your account.

Access to paid features depends on the subscription plan selected at registration or renewal. Fees, billing periods, and plan limits are shown during signup and in your account settings.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit or suspend access to the service after reasonable notice where applicable.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You may export reports and records available within the product subject to your plan and account status.

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

Support is provided through the channels made available in the product or via our contact email.

Digital Khata Nepal is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or data entry errors.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, where permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive or unpaid according to our policies.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
